What documents do I need to sell?

What are the costs when buying a home?

On top of the down payment, plan for the welcome tax (transfer duties), notary fees, pre-purchase inspection, tax adjustments, home insurance and moving. A good rule of thumb: about 1.5% to 3% of the purchase price.

Do I need to be pre-approved before visiting?
